摘要

可携权规定数据主体有权就其被收集处理的个人数据获得对应的副本，并可以在技术可行时直接要求控制者将这些个人数据传输给另一控制者。这一权利的创设及适用对于大数据的利用以及个人隐私、商业竞争都会产生巨大的影响，对于我国的个人信息保护立法也具有借鉴和参考价值。

Abstract

Right to data portability means data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her

which he or she has provided to a controller.And he or she also has the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another when it’s technically feasible.This right can bring a huge impact on using of big data

privacy and business competition.When it comes to data protection legislation in our country

it also has a lot of reference value.
