摘要

数字经济已成为国家经济发展的重点，广东与港澳合作探索数字化发展，在数字中国建设中起着重要作用。算力中心是数字经济发展的基石，粤港澳大湾区的协同发展为算力中心的建设提供了机遇。从澳港大湾区的起源、经济状况、数字经济规划、创新制度等角度出发，探讨了大湾区的基础情况和算力发展情况，进而从算力支撑、CDO角色职责等角度提出发展建议。

Abstract

The digital economy has become a focal point for national economic development

and Guangdong's collaboration with Hong Kong and Macau plays an important role in exploring digitalization.The computing power center serves as the cornerstone of digital economic development

and the coordinated development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area presents opportunities for its establishment.This article discussed the foundation and development of the Greater Bay Area from the perspectives of its origin

economic conditions

digital economic planning

and innovative systems.Furthermore

it provided development recommendations based on aspects such as computing power support and the responsibilities of Chief Digital Officers.
