数据采集是实现教育大数据应用价值潜能的基础,因此对于教育大数据建设与应用至关重要。阐述了教育大数据的采集内容、采集方式、采集手段及标准与规范,并结合当前教育大数据建设与应用中的实际问题,分别从平衡数据共享与隐私保护、驱动数据治理与人才创新、创新采集机制与相关技术3个方面,对教育大数据采集研究提出对策与建议。
