基于创新驱动战略的大背景,分析了企业和高校科研机构的专家在对接过程中面临的困难。以学术大数据技术为支撑,搭建了产业领域专家数据集成系统,并以此为基础,建立了科技成果全链转化体系。在线上对企业需求进行收集与核实,利用学者大数据画像技术进行精确匹配和推送;在线下联系企业专家进行对接后,持续提供项目管理、风险评估和科技保险服务。目前该系统已经收集了上万个企业的需求,完成了多个企业专家对接项目,提高了对接的精准度和效率,实现了企业和专家的互利共赢。
Under the background of the innovation-driven strategy
the difficulties faced by enterprises and experts in universities in the process of connecting were analyzed.Based on academic big data technology
an expert data system for industrial fields was built and a full-chain transformation system for scientific and technological achievements was established.By collecting and verifying enterprise needs online
using scholars’ portrait technology to accurately match and push
enterprise experts offline was contacted

risk assessment and technology insurance services were continued to provide.At present
the system has collected tens of thousands of enterprise needs
completed a number of projects with connection of enterprises and experts
improved the accuracy and efficiency of connecting
and achieved mutual benefit and win-win between enterprises and experts.
