摘要

医药公司与医生之间价值转移引起的潜在利益冲突能够显著影响临床护理、研究结果和医生临床决策。为了提升医生和医药学行业之间价值转移的透明度，从数据资源、开放共享情况、价值转移类型界定和数据开放政策保障4个方面介绍美国开放资助项目和英国信息披露数据共享的基本情况以及国际上应用价值转移资助数据共享开展的应用研究情况，讨论了数据共享的特色与存在的问题，提出了对我国医药公司开放资助数据行动的启示。

Abstract

Potential conflicts of interest arising from the transfer of value between pharmaceutical industry and physicians could significantly affect clinical care

research findings and physician decision-making.To enhance the transparency of the transfer of value between pharmaceutical industry and physicians

the open payments program of USA and disclosure UK datasets from four aspects:data resources

open status

type of transfer of value and policy guarantee were introduced.In addition

the international research advances based on the datasets were also reviewed.At last

the characteristics and existing problems of the datasets were discussed.The inspiration for China was proposed.
