“云治理”是指在信息技术、海量数据和互联网思维时代背景下的社会治理。提供了一个全知系统的框架,以满足“云治理”背景下政府为民众提供更好社会服务的需求,并着重介绍了作为系统核心的区块链网式数据库的设计。这种数据库不仅能减少人为因素造成的数据失真,还能运行智能合约,减少政府运营日常事务的人力成本。
“Cloud governance” is a new challenge for governments to provide better social services in the background of blooming information technology
mass data and internet.A possible solution was provided:omniscient system
which was based on blockchain technology and smart contract.It not only reduces careless mistakes and malicious tamperings made by human beings
but also sharply cuts down the labor costs on daily operations.
