  [ "陈聪（1985-），男，博士，美国新墨西哥大学土木工程系博士后研究员，主要研究方向为交通事故建模与数据分析、贝叶斯模型、交通安全、交通运行与控制、交通地理分析以及智能交通系统。2014年获美国新墨西哥州州长奖学金，并就职于美国新墨西哥州交通厅。目前在Accident Analysis ＆ Prevention、Transportation Research Part C 和Journal of Transport Geography 等相关领域重要期刊中发表第一作者文章6篇，并应邀担任3个期刊的审稿人。现任美国科学院交通研究会（TRB）公路安全委员会（ANB25）子委员会成员。" ]

  [ "马晓磊（1985-），男，北京航空航天大学交通科学与工程学院交通运输工程系副教授、博士生导师，入选北京航空航天大学2013年第三批“卓越百人”计划，主要研究方向为城市公交系统优化、交通数据挖掘与人工智能以及大规模交通网络建模与分析等。主持包括国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划子课题、北京市科技新星计划等10余项研究项目。目前已经在IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems、Transportation Research Part C:Emerging Technologies等交通领域顶级期刊以及TRB等国际顶级会议上发表学术论文40余篇，其中21篇被SCI收录，3篇被EI收录，其中两篇文章被评为Science Direct Top 25 Hottest Articles，受邀出版英文专著1章。担任美国科学院交通研究会（TRB）人工智能与高级计算应用委员会委员。入选2015年北京市科技新星人才计划。" ]
  [ "王印海（1965-），男，美国华盛顿大学（西雅图）土木和环境工程系终身教授、博士生导师，哈尔滨工业大学交通信息与控制工程系海外特聘系主任，北京航空航天大学客座教授，清华大学长江讲座教授，主要研究方向为交通检测、e交通学与大数据应用、交通控制、交通建模、智能交通系统、交通安全及交通仿真等。先后主持或参与主持了72项由美国环境保护署、联邦交通部等部门资助的科研项目，其中一项资助强度高达3 000 万美元。分别于2010 年和2011 年获得中国自然科学基金会海外合作基金（原杰出青年B类）和重点项目基金。在国际学术期刊及会议上发表论文150 多篇（其中，100 多篇论文被SCI 收录），并获得美国土木工程学会（ASCE）交通工程期刊2003 年度最佳论文奖。应邀在中国、美国、日本、欧州等国家和地区的学术机构、政府及专项研讨会讲学197次。在国际会议上发表演讲197次，并获日本土木工程学会第51届年会最佳讲演奖。现任美国联邦交通部第10区（由西北地区四州构成）大学交通研究中心主任，电气与电子工程师协会（IEEE）智慧城市创意指导委员会委员，第一届IEEE智慧城市国际会议主席。曾任IEEE智能交通系统分会理事（2010-2013年）、美国土木工程师协会（ASCE）交通与发展委员会（T＆DI）理事（2013-2015年）。现任美国科学院交通研究会（TRB）两个专业委员会委员，3个SCI 收录期刊的副主编。" ]

摘要

互联网的广泛应用带来了信息时代的数据井喷，大数据成为当前时代的宝贵资源，而大数据分析也成为了新时代的重要课题。大数据分析可以提供更准确的分析结果，从而推动智慧城市系统的发展。总结了智慧城市和大数据的基本概念、发展历程和主要特点，提出了利用大数据挖掘技术辅助智慧城市的综合发展，旨在为当代智慧城市和大数据研究提供理论基础。

Abstract

Big data have been valuable asset with the widespread internet availability

and big data analyses have gain increasing popularity among international researchers.Comparing to traditional data analysis

big data analyses are able to provide more accurate results to facilitate the development smart city system.The basic knowledge

historical development and features of smart city and big data concepts were summarized

in order to provide theoretical foundations for contemporary research in smart city and big data fields.
