With an abstracted model of big data ecosystem

the key roles which are necessary for setting up a sustainable big data ecosystem in city level market

were introduced. The local government’s role on the evolution of roles in big data ecosystem were also discussed. An implementation reference of this model was demonstrated

with sharing a series of works in the implementation

as well as lessons and learned during work

which undertaken by the company

and the local government who cooperated with ZTE soft in the reference

to witness the feasibility of this model of big data ecosystem. Finally

an application case of big data technology was introduced to illustrate the potential capability of local government when moving forward to delicacy management of society.
