摘要

数据是数字经济的基础，然而目前数据的确权问题存在争议。数据作为新型资产，其资产化标准和定价标准仍处于摸索阶段，大数据交易平台的建设方兴未艾。分析了数据确权、定价和交易的现状及存在的主要问题，并基于此提出新型大数据交易模式，即数据确权、定价和交易之间的迭代交互关系。最终，结合区块链的技术特点，提出了一个基于联盟链的大数据交易平台的方案，从个人和数据交易双方的角度，对平台的权益保护、定价机制和交易模式进行了探索性设计。

Abstract

Data is the foundation of the digital economy.However

the issue of data confirmation is currently controversial.As a new type of asset

capitalization standards and pricing standards are still in the exploration stage

and the construction of big data trading platforms is in the ascendant.The status quo and main problems of data right confirmation

pricing and trading were reviewed

and from this condenses

a new big data trading model was proposed

which is the iterative relationship between data right confirmation

pricing and trading.Finally

combined with the technical characteristics of the blockchain

a scheme of big data transaction platform based on the consortium blockchain was put forward

which is from the perspective of individuals and data transaction parties.The platform’s rights and interests protection

pricing mechanism and transaction mode have been designed.
